Storage and shelf life
Store the panels in a covered, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight and heat sources •
Avoid stacking on edges or near sparks/flame •
Panels must be covered within 24 hours after installation to prevent exposure to UV rays •
Indefinite shelf life under appropriate storage conditions •
Packaging
Available in different thicknesses and sizes as per project requirements •
Each type is color-coded and labeled for identification (Basic/Standard/Pro/Advanced) •
Application
To start with the installation timing, it is best to install the panels early in the morning or before sunset. This is because it helps avoid exposure to strong direct sunlight
According to the same principle of heat management, if the installation surface (concrete or membrane) is too hot, it must be cooled first by spraying it with water
Finishing: After installing the panels, it is important to immediately proceed with the finishing step in order to protect them from direct sunlight. Therefore, the panels must be covered with a light layer of cement, which acts as a final protective layer
Finally, and most importantly, do not leave the panels exposed for more than 24 hours, as this will prevent damage from prolonged exposure to UV rays.
