Adhesive KEMA 102

لKema 102 Adhesive is one of Kema Foam’s specialized products. It has been designed with an improved formula to provide superior adhesion strength with long-term performance. Moreover, it is specially designed for tough applications that require exposure to water, high temperatures, and heavy loads.

Applications
Installing ceramic and porcelain tiles on walls and floors (interior and exterior) • 
Installing tiles in wet areas such as kitchens and bathrooms 
Ideal for swimming pools that require high water resistance. 
Pasting insulation boards (blue foam, white foam, rock wool) • 
Strong adhesion to marble and other heavy materials • 

Mixing and application
Surface preparation: Make sure surfaces are clean, dry and free of dust and grease. 
Mixing: Add a 20 kg bag to 5-6 liters of water with constant stirring. 
Mix mechanically for at least 3 minutes until the mixture becomes homogeneous. 
Let it rest for 10 minutes, then mix again to get the best consistency. 

Application:
Distribute it evenly using a toothed wheel; Press the tile firmly 
Layer thickness: up to 3 mm 
Drying time: Allow the adhesive to dry completely before grouting. 
Usage time: Use within 45 minutes after preparation. 

Coverage
From 3-6 square meters per 20 kg bag, depending on the substrate and the thickness of the layer applied.

Storage and handling
Store in a dry, well-ventilated place away from moisture.

Available in 20 kg bags. 
Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production.
