• Thermoplastic Composite Pipes (TCP) — operating pressure 4.0 to 137.9 MPa
• Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipes (RTP) — operating pressure 4.0 to 10.3 MPa
• Thermoplastic Composite Pipes with non-metallic distributed gas barrier (TCP-DGB) — operating pressure 4.0 to 69.0 MPa
Key materials:
• Liner & sheath: HDPE, PE-RT, PA-12, PVDF, PEEK
• Reinforcement: unidirectional (UD) tapes with glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid fiber, or basalt fiber
Production capacity range: 400,000 to 2,200,000 meters per year (depending on configuration).
