Chema proof 105

KemaProof 105 is a product of KemaFoam, which is a single-component cementitious powder waterproofing consisting of a polymer powder, special additives and combined fillers. Furthermore, it is designed to be mixed with water only on site, making it highly suitable for construction projects. In addition, it can be easily applied with a brush or trowel, ensuring quick and effective waterproofing results

Mix and cover
Mixing ratio (w/v) •
Brush application: 1 part water to 3 parts o powder    
Application with a trowel: 1 part water to 5 parts o powder    

Mixing ratio (per package): 25 kg bag + 9-8 liters of water

:Coverage
One 25 kg bag (mixed with 9-8 liters of water) covers approximately 8 square metres.

Application instructions
Surface preparation: Clean the substrate well before application.
Mixing: Mix the powder with water according to the recommended ratio •

Application
Apply the first layer evenly. After 5-6 hours, once dry, apply the second layer perpendicular to the first.
Protect the applied surface from rain for 48 hours.
Do not apply to expansion joints or dynamic cracks.
It is recommended to apply a protective layer after insulation.

Packaging, storage and shelf life
Packing: 25 kg bags (single ingredient powder) •
Shelf life: 12 months in the original, unopened packaging.

Storage conditions
Store the material in a clean, dry place protected from high humidity, moisture, direct sunlight, extreme heat and extreme cold •
Unopened packages can be stored for 12 months.
Use the oldest material first.
