Molokhiya paper

Molokhia is a dark green, leafy plant. It is very much an acquired taste because it acquires a stickiness similar to that of okra when cooked. It is grown and processed throughout the Middle East. Although it is mostly used fresh and frozen, the dried form is commonly used in countries where this plant does not grow.
